What we collect

When you order a report, we collect your first name, email address, and the selfie you upload. We also collect payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not collect your credit card details (Stripe handles that).

What we do with your photo

Your photo is read in real time to produce your report. Within 24 hours of creating your order, your photo is permanently deleted from our database. We do not store it beyond that window. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train any model.

What we do with your email

We use your email to send you your report and, if relevant, updates about your order. We do not sell your email. You can request deletion at any time by writing to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@theaurareport.com and we will act within 30 days.

Who sees your data

Your data is processed by our AI providers (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate your report. We use Supabase to store your order record and Stripe to process your payment. These are standard processors under EU data protection law.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not share your browsing with advertisers. The only cookie we use is a basic session cookie required for payment processing.
