What this service is

The AURA Report analyzes a selfie you upload and delivers a personalized editorial report describing your facial features, style type, seasonal color palette, and makeup and wardrobe recommendations. It is an entertainment and self-reflection product. It is not medical advice, legal evidence, or a clinical assessment.

Your responsibilities

By using this service you confirm that the photo you upload is of yourself, that you are the rightful owner of the photo, and that you are at least 18 years old. Do not upload photos of anyone else without their consent.

Payments and refunds

The report is a $14.99 one-time payment processed by Stripe. Because the report is generated and delivered within minutes, it is considered a digital service that has been fully performed on delivery.

If your report cannot be generated (for example, the photo could not be read), we will either re-run the analysis with a new photo or issue a full refund. If you genuinely believe the analysis is wrong, email us and we will review. We honor refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

What we do not do

We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Our analysis is aesthetic and stylistic. We do not rate attractiveness, and our report should never be used as a measure of self-worth. If you are struggling with body image, please speak with a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

We provide this service as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid ($14.99). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be handled under applicable EU consumer protection law.
